The PowerBASIC COM Browser supports opening both registered an unregistered Type Libraries. A registered type library can be opened from the Registered Type Library view or by clicking the Open button and browsing to and selecting the type library file. A unregistered type library can only be opened by using the Open button and browsing to and selecting the type library file.
