The Time function returns the current time in one of various formats; or, it returns the elapsed time.

Civil -- hh:mmxx, where xx is: am or pm, 12 hour clock
Elapsed -- ssss.uuuuuu, the number of seconds and microseconds since elapsed time clock was started or reset
Hours -- hh, number of hours since midnight, without leading blanks or zeroes
Long -- hh:mm:ss.uuuuuu, current time with microseconds, 24 hour clock
Minutes -- mmmm, number of minutes since midnight, without leading blanks or zeroes
Normal -- hh:mm:ss, 24 hour clock (Default)
Reset -- ssss.uuuuuu, as described in Elapsed option above, AND resets the elapsed time clock to 0
Seconds -- sssss, number of seconds since midnight, without leading blanks or zeroes
When the format argument is omitted, the Time function returns the Time in the Normal format -- hh:mm:ss, 24 hour clock
