1 Space   built-in function

The Space function returns a string with a uniform number of spaces between words. The words can be uniformly separated by another character as well. Leading and trailing spaces are always removed.

result = Space( string [, [ n ] [, pad ] ] )

string

the string to delimit

n

the number of spaces between words. The default is a single space.

pad

an optional padding character, that is used to separate string words. The default padding character is a space.

Examples: say Space( 'space,   the   final   frontier' ) -- shows: space, the final frontier say Space( 'space is the place', 2, '_' ) -- shows: space__is__the__place say Space( 'in space noone can hear you scream', 0 ) -- shows: inspacenoonecanhearyouscream
