BLENDER PEACH BUTTER

6 (8 oz.) jars & caps
6 lbs. of peaches
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Peel and remove seeds and quarter peaches.

In covered blender container at high speed, blend peaches, 1/3
at a time until smooth.

In 7 quart saucepot or Dutch oven over medium heat, heat peaches
with remaining ingredients to boiling; boil 20 minutes or until
thick, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat; ladle mixture into prepared jars leaving 1/8
inch space at top.

Adjust caps.
Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
