Herb Butter Spread

Preparation time: 10 minutes. Servings: 12-15.

3/4 cup Organic Valley Salted Butter, room temperature (or substitute an equivalent butter)
2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 teaspoon honey Dijon mustard
Ground white pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a small mixing bowl, cream together the butter, chives,
basil, parsley and mustard

Add pepper to taste

Cover the bowl and allow the spread to stand in a cool place for
about 1 hour so the flavors can mingle

Mix again

Place spread on wax paper or parchment paper and form into a log

Twist ends of paper to seal and store in refrigerator (or
freezer if not using soon)

Cut portions from log as needed
