VEGETARIAN KOFTA CURRY
1 Large spanish onion,chopped
2 Large tomatoes,peeled and Coarsely chopped
3 Garlic cloves,finely chopped
2 T Finely chopped fresh ginger
1 Heaping teaspoon turmeric
3 T Safflower or canola oil
1 t Garam masala
2 White or green cardamon pods Crushed,or 1 teaspoon ground Cardamon
1/2 t Ground coriander
1/2 t Ground cumin
1/2 t Cayenne pepper
1 1.5" cinnamon stick
3/4 t Salt
