MANCHURIAN SAUCE
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1/2 cup green onion -- thinly sliced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root -- minced
1 teaspoon garlic -- minced
1/2 teaspoon wasabi (or 1/2 tsp minced jalapeno pepper)

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and
whisk until well blended. Regrigerate for at least 30
minutes before serving.

NOTES : If you are watching your sodium intake, substitute
one of teh low-sodium varieties of soy sauce, but keep in
mind that these may still be quite high in salt.
