Smooth Honey Mustard

1 cup ground yellow mustard
2/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup honey
pinch of kosher salt

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, and
whisk to combine. Heat over medium-low heat, whisking
occasionally, until the mixture thickens, 3-5 minutes.
Transfer to a glass jar and allow to cool to room
temperature before storing in the refrigerator.
