Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess Dressing originated in San Francisco.

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1/3 cup diced onion
Salt and pepper

Blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar,
anchovy paste, parsley and onion; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Dressing may be refrigerated in a covered container for up to 2 weeks.

Makes about 2 cups.
