ARTICHOKE DIP WITH BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
cup artichokes in water (drained)
cup low fat mayonaise
1 cup grated parmason cheese
1 to 2 cloves of fresh garlic
1 loaf of hearty round bread

Directions:
In a food processor blend all of the ingredients except
the bread. Then place in a bowl and heat the oven on 350
for about 15 minutes. About half way though place the
bread in to warm as well. Take the bread out and cut out
the top. Hollow out the bread to make it look like a bowl.
Cube the bread that you cut out and save. Place the warm
filling in the warm bread. Use the cubed bread for
dipping.

Serves: 6-8

Comments: You can also dip vegetables in it. Surprisingly
good and relativly low fat.
