TOFU BURGER
Ingredients:
1 package of extra firm tofu
12 of a green pepper
2 tbsp of soy sause
1/4 of a large onions
3 cloves of garlic
2/3 cup of mayonaise
5 pieces of bread

Directions:
In a bowl put tofu and mush with fork and add soy sauce.
Start adding tiny pieces of bread until finished. Finally
heat a small amount oil in a frying pan and add minced
onions, garlic and green pepper until heated.

Then add to the rest. Make little patties and cook in pan
until browned on both sides. Vowala! the best burger
you've ever had.
