PECAN BURGER
Ingredients:
7 c. Boiling water
7 c. Quick Oats
1/2 c. Pecan Meal
1/2 c. liquid aminos OR soy sauce
1/4 c. Bakon, (hickory smoked tortula yeast)
1/3 c. dried onions
1 t. garlic pwd.
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, then pour in water, and soy
sauce, let sit until the oats soak up the liquid.
Put on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees
for aprox. 25-30 minutes or light brown! Delicious!!!
These are low fat!!! There also low sodium Enjoy!!!
