GRAINBURGER

* 1 c brown rice, cooked
* 1/3 c each chopped green pepper, onion and celery
* replacer for 1 egg or 1 tbsp soy flour
* 1/3 c cornmeal, rolled oats, wheat germ
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tbsp flour, wheat germ and oil

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Brown patties on both
sides in oil over medium heat, or shape and bake 20
minutes at 350'.

Makes 6-8 patties.
