Worcestershire Sauce
3 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup plum jam
1 minced garlic clove
1/3 cup dark molasses
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 small minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine in large saucepan.
Stir until boiling.
Simmer, uncovered for 1 hour.
Put in hot sterilized jar or jars.
Makes 2 cups.
