Simple Corn Tortillas
2 cups masa harina
1 cup warm water
Mix masa harina with water to form a ball. If dough is too dry
add a few tbs water. Kneed dough lightly for a few minutes.
Cover with dishcloth and let sit for 1 hour.
Divide dough into 2 inch balls. Preheat griddle over medium
high heat. Place ball between two plastic bags and roll into 6
inch circle. Place on griddle and cook until bubbles begin to
form on surface. Turn tortilla and cook on other side for a few
seconds only.
