French Toast
1 cup vanilla soy milk (I used silk nog)
2 Tbsp unbleached white flour
1 Tbsp Sucanat or other sweetener (don't need this if
you use sweet milk, like the silk nog)
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp cinnammon
4 bread slices (I used slices of french bread)
Whisk first five ingredients together, and let rest for a few
min., while you heat up a lightly greased skillet The skillet is
ready when you flick a drop of water on it, and it skitters
across the surface.
Dip bread slices in mixture, coating both sides, and lay on
skillet. Flip the toast when it is lightly browned & brown
other side.
