Sour Cream Potato Soup

2 c. potatoes, diced
1 c. boiling water
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. sour cream
Combine all ingredients except sour cream and cook
for 15 minutes.
Add sour cream and cook until
potatoes are tender.
