EL GRECO POTATOES
3 Tbsp olive oil
6 med to large scrubbed potatoes, cut into equal wedges
Italian seasoning (use as little or as much as desired)
Seasoned Salt (amount as preferred by chef)
Parmesean cheese

Directions:
Place all ingredients except cheese into a large ziplock
bag.Shake until well coated. Spread onto a baking sheet.
Sprinklewith parmesean cheese.

Place in a preheated 450 degree ovenuntil tender and
slightly toasted in appearance.

Serves: 6-8
