Sonora Enchiladas

2 cups Red chili sauce
12 Corn tortillas
1 1/2 cups Shredded Longhorn Cheese
1 Onion, chopped
Lettuce,shredded
2 Tomatoes, chopped
4 Green Onions, chopped
Sour Cream
Salsa

Heat chile sauce thoroughly in a saucepan. Dip tortilla in
sauce and lay flat on oven-proof platter or cookie sheet. Ladle
1 tablespoon of sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with
cheese and chopped onion. Repeat this process to form a stack
of three for each serving. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10
minutes. Remove to serving dish and garnish with lettuce,
tomato and green onions. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
