FRUIT MASALA - INDIAN
Ingredients
2 cups mixed fruit chunks (pineapple, black grapes, sweet lime,
orange, seedless grapes)
1 tbsp. garam masala powder
1 tbsp. honey
2 medium sized tomatoes
2 green chillies
1 tbsp. chopped green coriander
2 tbsps. butter
2 tbsps. cream
1 medium sized onion
Salt to taste.
Method
Put butter in the kadai and fry sliced onion till golden
brown. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and sliced green
chillies. Pour in one cup of water. When it bubbles,
add the fruits, honey, garam masala powder and salt to
taste. Simmer for a few minutes. Drizzle cream on top.
Sprinkle chopped green coriander and serve hot.
