Butter Recipe Using Gorgonzola
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Servings: 15.
1 pound soft butter
2/3 pound Gorgonzola cheese (use a stronger blue cheese if you like a stronger flavor, see Blue Cheese Butter )
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fleshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Cream the butter until smooth
Gently fold in the Gorgonzola cheese, Worcestershire and fresh
pepper (some pieces - small chunks - of cheese should remain)
Roll in plastic wrap, twist ends and store in refrigerator
