Cucumber Sauce
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 1:00.
1 cup diced unpeeled cucumber
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
In a blender container, combine cucumber and lemon juice.
Cover and process on Blend for 30 seconds.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, celery salt, and onion flakes.
Re-cover and process on Blend for 15 seconds.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Gently stir again just before serving.
Works well with on fresh seafood and on salad greens.
One serving is about 1/4 cup.
