BLENDER POPPY SEED DRESSING
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in electric blender; process on low
speed 30 seconds. Cover and chill. Stir before serving. Makes
1 1/3 cups. Serve this dressing with your own large bowl of
tossed green salad.
