BLENDER GARLIC DRESSING
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
Blend eggs and garlic in blender.
Add oil SLOWLY and blend.
Add rest of ingredients and then blend.
Refrigerate.
Saute 4 slices of bread, cubed in 3 tablespoons of butter until browned and crisp.
More butter may be added.
Just before serving fold in bread cubes in plain lettuce salad.
Then put dressing on top.
This may make 2 salads, depending on low large the salad is.
Recipe is also a great dip or beef fondue.
You have to love garlic to enjoy this recipe.
