Artichoke Roasted Garlic Dip

Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts packed in water
2 teaspoons of roasted garlic minced
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese grated

Directions
Spray serving bowl with cooking oil.
Drain artichoke hearts and chop into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve with wheat crackers or tostitos.
