Sweet Tart Rice Pudding
2 C Iinstant rice
Small can crushed pineapple
8-ounce carton lemon flavored yogurt
Drain pineapple and add water to the juice make 2 cups.
Bring liquid to a boil, stir in instant rice, cover and
let stand 7 to 10 minutes until rice is fluffy.
Stir in pineapple and yogurt and spoon into dessert dishes.
Serve now or chill.
