MARY RICHARD'S SUPER EASY BLENDER
QUICHE LORRAINE

9 inch unbaked pie shell
9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chives
1 1/2 c. cream

Half bake pie shell.
Put all ingredients except bacon into blender and blend until fine.
Pour custard over bacon.
Bake until crust is brown and custard is set, about 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
Serves 6.
