BLENDER FUDGE PIE
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter, melted
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients in blender, mix on high speed for 2 minutes.
Divide between 2 (9") uncooked pie shells.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes or until center of pie is still slightly "shaky".
Cool to room temperature.
Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
