APRICOT WHIP
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/2 cups dried apricots
1 1/2 cups yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Cover apricots with hot water and soak for 30 minutes.
Drain well.
In a food processor or blender, combine the apricots,
hogurt, and honey. Process until smooth. Chill.
NOTES : To serve, sprinkle nuts on each portion.
