BLENDER TORTILLAS
1 c. flour
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk (if flour is heavy, maybe a little more)
Dash of salt
Put milk in blender, then eggs and other ingredients; blend
until smooth.
Pour a small amount into a hot oiled skillet; tilt the pan to
make a round thin tortilla.
Cook until top is done enough to turn the tortilla easily.
Turn and cook until lightly browned.
Makes eight good sized tortillas or ten small ones.
To make crisp tortillas, let these cool until are made; refry in
hot oil.
