Quick Mountain Spaghetti

Ingredients
1/4 c shelf stable parmesan cheese
1 T dried parsley
1 T italian herb blend
1/2 t dried garlic
1 T olive oil (1 packet)
1 1/2 c water
3 oz ramen packet
Instructions
At home:
Pack the pasta in a quart freezer bag, the cheese/seasonings
in a small bag, place the olive oil packet with the bag.
In camp:
Freezer bag method:
Pour 1 1/2 cups near boiling water over the ramen. Seal bag
tightly, carefully rotate bag till ramen softens. Put in a
cozy for 10 minutes. Drain any remaining water carefully.
Add olive oil and toss with spices and cheese.
Notes
Substitute chuka soba noodles or baked ramen.
