Most compiler-directing statements may start in either Area A or Area B, including COPY and REPLACE.
X As an IBM extension BASIS, CBL (PROCESS), *CBL (*CONTROL), DELETE, EJECT,
X INSERT, SKIP1/2/3, and TITLE can also start in Area A or Area B.
