X 1.1.3.13 TALLY
X The TALLY special register is the name of a binary data item with the
X following definition:
X 01 TALLY GLOBAL PICTURE 9(5) USAGE BINARY VALUE ZERO
X You can refer to or modify the contents of TALLY.
X You can specify the TALLY special register in a function wherever an
X integer argument is allowed.
X When used in nested programs, this special register is implicitly defined
X in the outermost program.
