All of the technical specifications for the Internet are contained in white papers called "Request for Comments". For example, the RFC document describing the UDP protocol is RFC768.TXT and can be downloaded from the PowerBASIC Files site at http://www.powerbasic.com/files/pub/docs/rfc/700/rfc768.zip.
