-Line Drawing Character setting

             OPT LINECH [on | off | filename | reload ]

            on/off  :Selection of output string xxxx of yyyy of ini file.
                      if both specified by the ini file(xelch__.ini[.locale]).
                      select output string xxxx(ON) or yyyy(OFF).
                      (on other than linux console version,xxxx or yyyy
                      selection is done by +Shiftkey. linux console
                      version cannot detect complex +Shift key combination)
                      default is off.
                      And if ON and xxxx is 1 byte charcter,that byte is
                      displayed as Line-Drawing-Character.(use ACS function)

           reload  :re-read the default file.
