-Option to allow undoable delete dirlist line cmd.

             OPT DELZ [off | on]

                  This is intended to avoid accidental not recoverble deletion.

              off :dirlist line cmd "Z" and "0" is rejected.
              on  :dirlist line cmd "Z" and "0" is accepted.
