SET ECOLOUR - set colours for syntax highlighting
Syntax:: [SET] ECOLOUR char [modifier[...]] [foreground] [on background]; [SET] ECOLOUR char [modifier[...]] ON|OFF
Description:: The SET ECOLOUR command allows the user to specify the colours of each category of items used in syntax highlighting.
